Knoxville, Tenn. – SmartBank has announced the recent hire of Bobby Stogner, who will serve as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager in the Knoxville market.

A native of Knoxville, Stogner has worked in banking for 28 years, including stints in both the Nashville & Knoxville markets. He most recently served as Vice President for The Peoples Bank in Knoxville.
Stogner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee. He is an active member of the community, serving on both the Knox Area Rescue Ministries and YOKE Youth Ministries Board of Directors.
