On July 4th, PPP loan applications were authorized to be extended until August 8, 2020 or until funding for the US Treasury program was depleted.
SmartBank is dedicated to helping as many applicants as possible receive funding. To process all documentation through the Small Business Administration by the August 8th deadline, SmartBank is implementing the following timeline:
- SmartBank will accept PPP applications until 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, August 4, 2020
- If a client has applied for a PPP loan prior to the August 4th cut-off, they must provide all required supporting documentation prior to 5:00 ET on Thursday, August 6, 2020 or the application will be automatically cancelled.
