Joel Brannon, Vice President, Relationship Manager
Knoxville, Tenn. – SmartBank announced today that Joel Brannon has joined its team in Sevierville, TN as Vice President, Relationship Manager.

Brannon has more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry. Most recently he served as Vice President of Business Banking at First Citizen’s Bank. His areas of expertise include managing commercial loan portfolios, business lending, and business development. Brannon also holds certifications from the Tennessee Banker’s Association and Risk Management Association.

Brannon received his undergraduate degree in business management from Carson Newman and later earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Clemson University.
