MILLER WELBORN

Miller Welborn is Chairman of the Board of SmartFinancial, Inc. and SmartBank. Prior to SmartBank, Miller served as a director and Chairman of Cornerstone Bancshares, Inc. Welborn has served on the boards of numerous trucking and logistics companies and currently serves as a director for Covenant Logistics, Inc. In addition, Welborn has extensive entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded several different companies in his career. He served two terms as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Birmingham Branch, and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
