Martin Schrodt serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer at SmartBank. In this role, Martin takes the lead in overseeing retail, private banking, and mortgage operations, leveraging an extensive background spanning more than two decades in the banking industry. Martin attended the University of Kentucky and has also earned leadership certifications from Gap International and the University of Chattanooga. Martin is also an active community member. For almost a decade, he dedicated his service to the board of the Cherokee Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and he actively volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House in both Little Rock, Arkansas, and Chattanooga, Tennessee.
