Jeff Williams is the South Division President for SmartBank, where he oversees the South Alabama and Florida markets. He specializes in large commercial project financing, treasury management solutions, and providing personalized service in private and mortgage banking. Before joining SmartBank in September 2021, Jeff served as the Market President for Southeast Alabama at BBVA USA. He also held senior leadership positions at First Financial Bank and The Associates First Capital Corp. Additionally, Jeff served as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army National Guard. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama and completed executive education programs at the University of Texas, Samford University, and the University of North Carolina. Deeply engaged in his community, he serves as Chairman of the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chairman of the Dothan Housing Authority. He has also held leadership roles such as President of the Rotary Club and Chairman of the Blueprint Dothan Affordable Housing Committee.
